1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FutureYield Technologies Inc. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Important: These Terms contain an arbitration agreement (Section 18) which requires binding arbitration for most disputes.

2. Eligibility

• Must be 18 years or older
• Complete KYC verification
• Authorized jurisdiction (US, EU, UK, Canada, Australia)
• One account per person

3. Investment Risks

ALL INVESTMENTS INVOLVE RISK. You acknowledge that:

• Investment values can decrease
• Past performance doesn't guarantee future results
• You may lose some or all of your capital
• Only invest what you can afford to lose

4. Fees & Charges

• Transaction Fees: 0.5% - 2.0%
• Management Fees: 0.25% - 1.5% annually
• Withdrawals: First per month free, $5 additional
• Minimum Investment: $100 per opportunity

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Engage in fraud or market manipulation
• Use the Platform for money laundering
• Access unauthorized accounts
• Use automated tools without permission
• Provide false information

6. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or fees paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for investment losses, market fluctuations, or indirect damages.

7. Dispute Resolution

Most disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court. You may opt-out within 30 days by sending written notice to our legal department.

Class Action Waiver: Claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class action.

8. Account Termination

You may close your account anytime. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, liquidate investments and withdraw your balance.

9. Tax Responsibilities

You are responsible for all tax obligations. We provide 1099 forms for US taxpayers. Consult a tax professional for advice.
